Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith currently serves as the International Treasurer for the International Propeller Club, a position held since October 2023, and as Controller for the Galveston Island Park Board of Trustees since February 2020. Additional roles include Treasurer for the Propeller Club of Houston since February 2015 and Business Development and Financial Manager for Ryan Marine Services/Pier 77 Marine Service from October 2015 to February 2019. Prior experience encompasses business development roles at Cardinal Companies International, where Stuart was Executive Vice President - Marine Services and served as Controller at Malin International Ship Repair & Drydock, Inc. for over two decades. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston and an Associate's degree in Pre-Law Studies from Galveston College.
