Frank Mammaro

Frank Mammaro is an accomplished financial executive serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Galway Holdings since August 2024, previously holding the same title at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants from January 2021 to August 2024, where significant milestones included an 8%+ organic revenue CAGR and participation in over 15 acquisitions. Frank also served as Chief Financial Officer for the Northeast region at EPIC, where impactful system enhancements were made, including the implementation of Oracle GL. Prior to EPIC, Frank held the position of US Chief Financial Officer at Integro Insurance Brokers Holdings Limited, leading the successful sale to EPIC, and as Global FP&A Leader, oversaw the FP&A practice across North America and London. Earlier in the career, Frank was a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton, managing audit engagements and ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements.
