Wai-Lam Wong

Wai-Lam Wong's work experience includes a current role as Head of Events - Global at GAM Investments starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) from 2017 to 2022, holding positions such as Events Manager, Senior Events Executive, and Events Executive. Before joining LGIM, they were self-employed as a Freelance Event Manager from 2016 to 2017. Wai-Lam Wong also has experience working as a Corporate Event Manager / Account Manager at Momentum Worldwide from 2014 to 2015, as well as Senior Event Manager and Event Manager positions at CWC Group from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Communication Executive at Newz Events Ltd in 2009 and as a PR & Events Assistant at Bondage for Freedom in 2008.

Wai-Lam Wong earned a BA (Hons) degree in Public Relations from the University of the Arts London from 2006 to 2009. In 2016, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation certificate in Project Management and the PRINCE2® Practitioner certificate in Project Management.
