Ihab Demian

Ihab Demian joined the company in October 2019 as a Managing Director, following a 33-year career in the engineering and construction industry. He is responsible for the management and oversight of the company’s overall business operations to attain the short-term and long-term strategic goals.

Demian has built his career on a host of challenging assignments within global organizations. Prior to joining Gama Construction, he progressively advanced in a variety of leading positions in construction operations and corporate management, with executive oversight in the development and execution of mega projects in Egypt and overseas. This has honed his long-term experience and understanding of the business dynamics in different markets and with international construction and engineering firms.

Demian holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and construction management. He also completed various courses designed for professional enrichment in the fields of engineering, construction, and corporate finance.
