Amy Sweeney

Amy Sweeney is currently serving as a Governance and Reporting Analyst at the Gambling Commission since January 2023. Previously, Sweeney held the position of Programme Manager at the same organization from July 2019 to December 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at HSBC from January 2008 to May 2019, where Sweeney progressed through various roles, including Senior Implementation Manager, Implementation Manager for both Ringfencing and Commercial Banking, and Project Manager focused on customer migration and service optimization within the Business Banking sector. Sweeney's career began as a Graduate Management Trainee at HSBC, where foundational experience was gained in commercial and business banking. Sweeney holds a BA (hons) in Management and Geography from the University of Leeds and an Applied Diploma in Corporate Banking from the IFS School of Finance.
