Jason Davies

Jason Davies is an experienced data analytics professional with a diverse background in various sectors including public safety, transportation, and broadcasting. Currently serving as a Data Analytics Manager at the Gambling Commission since June 2023, Davies also holds a position as a Spatial Data Analyst at Transport for West Midlands from March 2018. Previous roles include Senior Analyst at the West Midlands Violence Reduction Unit, where contributions were made towards multi-agency data analysis to inform violence reduction strategies, and Data Intelligence Hub team leader at West Midlands Fire Service. Earlier experiences encompass data analysis positions at Staffordshire & West Midlands Probation Trust and the National Offender Management Service, with a foundational role at the BBC as a live subtitler, where team management and innovation in live voice recognition technology were pivotal.
