Previously, Sarah held roles as a Major Projects and Evaluation Administrator and as an Operations Assistant for the National Lottery, where responsibilities included complaint handling and interdepartmental communication. Earlier experience includes serving as a Licensing Administrator, ensuring compliance with the Gambling Act, and volunteering in the Domestic Abuse Team at Sandwell Council, conducting service assessments. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Coventry University and A Levels from Halesowen College.
