Game Day Nutrition was founded in Melbourne in 2020 by Advanced Sports Dietitian – Ola Luczak. Ola completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology whilst competing in Division 1 US college tennis at the University of Central Florida.

She went on to complete a Master of Dietetics (Deakin University) and explored many areas of professional sport nutrition including gaining experience at the highest levels of AFL (St. Kilda), Soccer (Melbourne Victory), Dance (National Theatre Ballet School) and Tennis (Tennis Victoria).

We are a small but mighty business working with school sports academies across Australia to improve the sports performance and well-being of young athletes.
