Cal Shepherd

Cal Shepherd has been working in youth operations for the past year, but has plenty of experience in customer service and leadership. Prior to their current position, Cal worked as an assistant manager at New Balance. There, they were responsible for leading and coaching a team of 12 employees to provide excellent customer service while executing store goals. Cal also performed hiring, training, scheduling, and merchandising duties. Before that, Cal was a sales representative for Fanzz Sports Apparel. Cal has also officiated PSA Youth Basketball games and demonstrated extensive knowledge of basketball rules, policies, and statistics. Cal is skilled at conflict resolution and coaches right behavior and good sportsmanship on and off the floor.

Cal Shepherd has a degree in Recreation Event Sport Management from the University of North Texas.

Their manager is Brandon Stroupe, COO & GM of APEC. They work with Chris Auth - Director of Operations, Joshua Ockimey - Adult Operations Manager, and Patrick O'Hagan - Operations Manager.
