Mike Reifers

Mike Reifers is an accomplished professional in the recruiting and human resources industry, currently serving as the President of GAME ON! Recruiting since October 2007, a referral-based agency focused on enhancing collaboration between game developers, publishers, and staffing agencies. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Perpetual Entertainment from July 2005 to 2007, where Mike established a recruiting program and successfully hired nearly 200 employees for various game projects. Mike also held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administration at Oddworld Inhabitants, Inc. from April 1998 to April 2005, overseeing all HR and staffing operations, and served as Human Resources Manager at TRW Corporation from August 1996 to April 1998. Mike holds an MBA in Business and a BA in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
