Laurynas is currently working as the COO at Gameplan, where they oversee the operations of the esports management system. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Esports at Gameplan, where they were responsible for hosting and facilitating esports programs globally.

Before joining Gameplan, Laurynas was involved in the founding and management of Team Atlantis, a successful Fortnite esports organization in Europe. Laurynas held various roles, including Co-Founder, Chief Gaming Officer, and eventually CEO. During their time at Team Atlantis, Laurynas led the organization to win over €1,000,000 in tournament winnings and pioneered the creation of the Atlantis Scrims training platform to help Fortnite players prepare for official tournaments.

Laurynas also worked at Atlantis Games as a Product Owner, where they successfully launched multiple projects and prioritized customer satisfaction by creating a user-friendly service. Additionally, they have experience as a self-employed individual, where they funded and managed professional League of Legends esports teams, developed a coaching platform, and helped expand players' social media profiles.

In their earlier career, Laurynas worked at Copenhagen Wolves, a tier 1 esports organization, as an Esports Manager. Laurynas was responsible for hiring esports athletes, influencers, coaches, analysts, and other staff members. Laurynas also served as the Head Analyst, where they led a team of three members, developed tools for game analysis, and provided in-game data analysis to the team.

Before venturing into the esports industry, Laurynas gained experience as a Professional Esports Athlete at Riot Games. Laurynas achieved a high ranking among European players and declined an opportunity to participate in the professional league called the LCS to pursue a career in business.

Laurynas Brovka began their career as a Co-Founder of the Counter Strike 1.6 project "Fruktai.net," where they increased the popularity of the servers and managed the community by implementing rules, leading discussions, and resolving disputes.
