James Martin

James Martin has over 20 years of experience in software quality assurance. James has worked in various roles and positions for companies such as Game Play Network, Hulu, 21st Century Fox, Rosetta, Cricket Wireless, DIRECTV, Business.com, Xytech Systems, and IBM.

James'sroles have included QA Lead Engineer, Senior SQA Consultant, SQA Engineer - Team Lead, and SQA Engineer. James has led QA teams, performed manual and automated testing, tested various platforms including mobile and web, and written QA test plans.

James has experience in testing API, databases, and user interfaces. James has also diagnosed issues, reported defects, and written regression tests using tools such as JIRA, qTest, and SpiraTest. James has worked on projects for leading global brands and has received recognition for their work, including an "Above and Beyond" award.

James Martin has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1998. James also has a certificate in UNIX/Linux Systems Administration from Boston University, which they obtained in 2002. In addition, they have some experience in software from IBM between 1998 and 2002. James Martin also attended Abington Heights High School from 1989 to 1993. James briefly studied Modern Techniques in Biomedical Science at King's College in 1992.
