Justin Frank

Justin Frank began their career in 2014 as a Resident Assistant at Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas. Theirduties included assisting over 200 students in the men's residence building, helping new students move in, and conducting freshman orientation. Justin also started and managed bi-weekly events on campus to provide educational and social value. In 2015, they interned at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, where they reviewed and printed paperwork regarding 401k, beneficiaries, and taxes for retired teachers in Texas. Justin also organized all paperwork in alphabetical order and category, and calculated balance sheets by hand. In 2017, Justin worked as a Sales Representative at Yodle, making over 70 cold calls a day to small business owners. Theirduties included offering to build a productive website that highlights the specialties of the business. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Support Representative at SpeakWrite, taking 20-30 inbound calls per day from people of different professions who needed a transcription. Theirother duty was to assign incomplete jobs to available contractors. Finally, in 2019, Justin began working as a Customer Service Representative at Longhorn Health Solutions, taking 30-50 inbound calls per day from customers, insurance coordinators, and care specialists. Justin also coached patients on items that may suit them for a better quality of life. Currently, Justin is a Technical Recruiter at Game Seven Staffing LLC.

Justin Frank attended Huston-Tillotson University from 2012 to 2016, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management. During their time at Huston-Tillotson, they also attended Heilongjiang University in 2015 to study Mandarin Chinese & International Business.
