Richard D'Aloisio

Richard D'Aloisio has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Richard is currently serving as the Design Director of Games at Game Taco since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Ascendant Studios as a Senior Gameplay Designer from September 2018 to October 2021, where they were involved in various tasks such as level design, creation of player and enemy combat abilities, and enemy AI behavior.

From January 2018 to May 2018, Richard worked as a Senior Game Designer at 2 Bears Studios, where they provided feedback on HTC virtual reality games and directed a group of developers in Taiwan for a prototype game.

Richard had a significant tenure at Shaba Games, where they co-founded the company in 1997 and served as a Project Lead until 2009. Richard also worked as a Designer at Shaba Games during this time, contributing to gameplay and animation systems, level layouts, scripting, and character animations.
