Abhishek Bhargava

Abhishek Bhargava has a diverse work experience in finance and accounts. Abhishek currently holds the position of Director - Finance, India at GameChange Solar since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager - Accounts at EMMVEE Photovoltaic Power Private Limited from May 2022 to March 2023. From May 2017 to May 2022, they served as the General Manager - Finance and Accounts at Atria Power, where they handled various key assignments including fund raising, international bond issuance, and tax-related matters. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Deputy Manager - Finance at Actis from June 2015 to May 2017, Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts at Irene Healthcare Private Limited from July 2013 to May 2015, Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts at Moser Baer Engineering and Constructions Limited from December 2011 to June 2013, and Consultant - Tax & Regulatory Services at Ernst & Young from August 2010 to November 2011. Abhishek started their career as a Finance & Tax Manager (Westin Mumbai) at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from April 2008 to February 2010. Abhishek Bhargava completed their education in a chronological order. From 1999 to 2002, they attended Delhi University and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Commerce. Following that, from 2002 to 2007, they attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained the Chartered Accountant qualification, specializing in Accounts, Taxation, and Audit.

In addition to their formal education, Abhishek Bhargava has also pursued various additional certifications. In September 2021, they obtained certifications in Business Development: Strategic Planning, Critical Thinking, and Motivating and Engaging Employees from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in November 2010, they obtained a General Management Programme for Accounting Professionals certification from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
