Sujay Soni

Sujay Soni currently holds the position of Global Supply Chain & Commodity Manager and previously served as a Supply Chain Engineer at GameChange Solar since July 2021. As a Research Assistant at the University of New Haven in 2021, Sujay focused on integrating Blockchain technology into conventional manufacturing processes and developed analytical reports. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Logistics Manager at Aditya Narayan Suspension, where Sujay managed a diverse inventory, improved logistics efficiency, and achieved significant inventory optimization. An internship at Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicle Limited involved hands-on support in manufacturing and quality assurance processes. Sujay holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Management from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Engineering Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
