Business Development Executive at GameChange Solar

Traci D'Alessio has had extensive work experience in various industries. Traci started their career in 1995 as the Deputy Campaign Manager for the Trails, Open Space & Parks Campaign, where they were responsible for research, fundraising, and managing field activities. Traci then worked as the Southern CO Regional Director/Assistant Executive Director for Kids Voting Colorado from 1996 to 1998.

In 1998, Traci became the President/Owner of Sustainable Productions Consulting, Inc. Traci held this position until 2009 while also working as an Associate Broker/Partner for The Robert Hedges Company from 1998 to 1999.

From 1999 to 2001, Traci worked as the Development Manager/Sales & Marketing for Cherry Creek Crossing. Traci then transitioned to become the Assistant Director of Built Green Colorado in 2000, a role they held until 2009. In this position, Traci successfully grew and managed the nation's first and largest residential green building program, overseeing operational strategy, standards development, industry recruitment, marketing, and training.

In 2009, Traci joined Built Green, LLC as a Manager, where they provided a range of professional services to clients in the sustainability industry. Traci held this position until 2016.

From 2013 to 2017, Traci served as the VP Business Development for New Energy Structures, focusing on driving business growth and development.

Most recently, Traci has been working as a Business Development Executive at GameChange Solar since 2017.

Traci D'Alessio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Economics with a minor in Environmental Issues from The Colorado College. Additionally, in 1998, they obtained a Colorado Real Estate Brokers License from Jones Real Estate College. Traci also holds a certification as a NAHB Certified Green Professional, which they obtained from the National Association of Homebuilders in October 2008.
