Karen Cervantes

Karen Cervantes is a seasoned marketing and brand management professional with extensive experience across various industries, including consumer products and technology. As Co-Founder of ClearPath Global Management since 2004, Karen provides interim management and consulting services. Additionally, as a Senior Consultant at GameChanger Products since 2016, Karen helps leading CPG companies innovate and measure product ideas. Other notable roles include Senior Director of Brand Management at NewAge, Inc., and Brand Leader at Rodan + Fields, where Karen led cross-functional teams through significant product innovation projects. Previous positions also include Directorial roles at Mattel, Wild Planet Entertainment, and LeapFrog, where Karen made substantial contributions to product launches and marketing strategies. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Northwestern University.
