Gamechangers Initiative designs and delivers award-winning, bespoke gamified experiences that bring corporate and educational programmes to life.

We use play with purpose. Our down-to-earth approach to gamification encourages authentic collaboration, unlocks confidence, and delivers clear, measurable outcomes for organisations where people learn, lead, and work together.

Formerly known as Girls in Charge Initiative, Gamechangers builds on over eight years of international experience to bring the impact of gamification into every room where learning and collaboration happen. To date, we have delivered workshops to more than 7,000 participants through 70+ global partnerships with leading corporations, universities, and schools, including the London School of Economics, Ferrero, Majid Al Futtaim, Tatler, and more.

Our work has been recognised for its innovation and social impact through multiple awards, including from the University of Oxford, Cartier, Ffinc, and Northern Power Women.

Impact is at the heart of everything we do. As Gamechangers grows, The Girls in Charge Initiative continues to operate as our dedicated impact branch, focused on inspiring leadership, building confidence and skills, and driving positive change for women around the world.
