Christopher West is an experienced software engineer and game developer with a diverse background in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at Leadr and participating in the Professional Unity Developer Program at GameDevHQ, Christopher is committed to developing career-ready software engineers. As the owner and game developer at Critical Shock, along with owning Code Geek, LLC, and Kittxin Custom Guitars, Christopher combines entrepreneurial skills with technical expertise. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at aG and Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included development using C# and ASP.NET Core 2, as well as mentoring other developers. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Mobile Gaming from Full Sail University and is working towards a degree in Unity Game Development from GameDevHQ.
