Ali Makahleh

Ali Makahleh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ali is currently working at Microsoft as the Cloud Solution Architect Time Zone Lead - ASIA. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at Microsoft as the Cloud Solution Architecture Lead - CEMA and the Practice Manager - EMEA, where they managed the Modern Service Management consulting practice and was responsible for recruiting and training teams, improving service delivery, and driving revenue growth. Before joining Microsoft, Ali was the Premier Field Engineer Manager at Gulf where they achieved revenue growth and played a role in leading change and digital transformation. Ali also has experience as an IT Service Management Team Lead and Consultant at Microsoft. In addition, Ali has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of GameIN UAE and as the Co-Founder of Advanced Advertising Technologies, where they managed key accounts and major projects. Ali began their career as an IT Service Management Consultant at TDM Group, where they focused on managing service desk operations and improving customer service.

Ali Makahleh has a diverse education history. In 2018-2019, they attended Harvard Business School for Executive Education, specializing in PLD. Prior to that, from 2011-2014, they pursued an MBA in Leadership at the University of Liverpool. In 2002-2005, they studied Computer Science at the New York Institute of Technology, earning a Bsc degree. Ali completed their Alevels/ Olevels at Modern American School from 1993-2001. In addition to their degrees, Ali has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Prince2 Project Management Methodology, ITIL V3 Expert, Microsoft Operations Framework 4.0, ITIL V2 Service Manager, ITIL V2 Practitioner in Configuration Management, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, ITIL V2 Foundation, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
