Rafal S. began their career in 2015 as the General Manager for Sobmed, a German/Polish company with its head office in Poznan that is a wholesaler of medical devices. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder of GamerHash and Litpay. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder of Ari10.com.

Rafal S. completed a Bachelor's degree in Management from Poznan University of Economics And Business between 2010 and 2013. Rafal then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Project Management at the same university, which they completed in 2015.
