Carlos de Paula

Carlos de Paula is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Gamers Club since September 2019. Previously, Carlos held various roles at Méliuz from April 2015 to September 2019, including Engineering Manager and Solutions Architect, where responsibilities included overseeing platform infrastructure, managing engineering teams, and optimizing architectural processes. Carlos has a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on back-end development and technologies such as PHP, Python, and database management systems. With experience across multiple organizations including Tourlines Viagens e Turismo and 2XT, Carlos has consistently contributed to e-commerce solutions, agile methodologies, and continuous integration practices. Carlos holds a degree in Information Systems from Faculdade Católica Salesiana do Espírito Santo, completed in 2014.
