Sorab Bothra, CSPO, currently serves as Community Group Lead at Games For Love since December 2023 and is a member of the Product-Led Alliance, contributing to organizational alignment around product growth. Previous experience includes roles as Product Analyst at Greenbroad and Head of International Sourcing at Hindustan Trading Co. Sorab held a position as RPO Recruitment Specialist at Superior Group, where over 500 interviews were conducted to successfully close various technical and non-technical roles, earning recognition with the RPO Core Value Award. Early career experience includes Management Trainee at Randstad India and roles in AIESEC and Larsen & Toubro. Sorab holds an MBA in Product Management from Naveen Jindal School of Management and an Executive PGDM in Human Resources Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration.
