Leila Goelz

Leila Goelz currently serves as a Non Executive Board Member at Victim Support IOM since June 2024 and holds the position of Chief People and Transformation Officer at Games Global since December 2021. Previously, Leila served as Chief People Consultant at Crimson Panda from November 2020 to September 2021, and as Head of People Partnering and People Integrations Manager at The Stars Group from May 2018 to November 2020. Earlier roles include Director of HR, Head of HR, and HR Officer at Microgaming between April 2008 and May 2018, as well as Personnel Administrator at Royal Skandia from 2005 to 2006. Leila holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the Isle of Man International Business School, which was completed between 2004 and 2007.
