Matthew Rose has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Matthew is currently working as a Lead Games Developer at Games Workshop Ltd since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Producer at Alpha Channel from 2020 to 2021. Matthew gained significant experience at Ubisoft, where they held the roles of Producer and Associate Producer from 2012 to 2020. Matthew managed various projects, such as Starlink: Battle for Atlas and Splinter Cell: Blacklist. Additionally, Matthew worked as an Associate Producer at Relic Entertainment from 2009 to 2012, managing outsourced art and DLC packs for Space Marine. Matthew also served as an Art Lead and Producer at Koolhaus Games in 2009, an Art Director at PowerUp Studios from 2007 to 2008, and an Associate Artist at Electronic Arts Canada from 2004 to 2006. Matthew's earlier experience includes working as a 3D Animation Supervisor at Horus Productions in 2004.

Matthew Rose attended Max the Mutt Animation School from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Classical Animation. Prior to that, they studied at Seneca Polytechnic from 2000 to 2001, specializing in Digital Animation Media: Maya, with a focus on 3D Animation.
