Samir Dharnidharka is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in direct, indirect, and international taxation. Currently serving as the Group Tax Head at Gameskraft since December 2021, Samir has previously held significant roles, including DVP- Head of Tax at Piramal Finance and Head of Tax at Daimler Financial Services. Samir's career also includes management positions at Shell, Desai Haribhakti & Co., and ICICI Bank, where responsibilities encompassed tax planning, compliance, financial reporting, and team development. Samir's academic qualifications include a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta.
