Paul Regan

Paul Regan serves as the Country Manager/Director at GameStop Ireland since May 2018, overseeing all P&L activities, including Store Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management, Finance, E-Commerce, Marketing, Customer Experience, and HR. Regan is a member of the Senior European Leadership team with significant Change Management experience. Previous roles include Director of Operations for Northern Europe and Head of HR, managing operations across multiple countries. Prior to GameStop, Regan held the position of Head of People & Privacy at Asavie, where responsibilities included scaling the company from under 20 to over 160 employees. Additional experience includes serving as Sales Operations Manager at Lidl Ireland and consulting in Management, Talent, and Learning. Regan holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources and an MBA, along with degrees in International Marketing and Languages.
