Sam Kem

Sam Kem has extensive experience in workforce planning and optimization, currently serving as the Director of Capacity Planning and Workforce Optimization at GameStop since April 2021. Previously, Kem held similar roles at Purple and Chewy, leading teams focused on customer service capacity planning and scheduling.
