Michał Chromik

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and blockchain. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects across various sectors, including startups and government agencies. Micha founded and owns managination, which focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha advanced self-sovereign finance solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web and holding board and advisory positions in multiple organizations. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and furthered education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in fintech.
