Danny Guillory

Danny Guillory currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Gametime, having previously held the same title at Glassdoor, where significant achievements included the enablement of generative AI within the People team and enhancing performance management processes. With an extensive career in human resources, Danny has also been the Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Dropbox and the Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Autodesk, where initiatives led to measurable improvements in team performance and culture. Earlier experience includes leading Innovations International as CEO, focusing on organizational learning, and serving on various boards, including Project Vega and the San Francisco Board of Education. Danny holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and an A.B. in International Relations from Stanford University, along with additional education from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
