Gaurav Agarwal has held various roles in the corporate world since 2010. Theirfirst role was an Intern at the Indian Statistical Institute in Kolkata. Gaurav then went on to be an Intern at DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund. In 2011, they were the President of the Students' Union at Shri Ram College of Commerce. From 2012 to 2015, they were an Associate and then Analyst at Bain & Company, where they led a team of three analysts in six projects spanning industries and capabilities. Finally, in 2015, they became the Co-founder of Gamezop, a plug-and-play gaming platform that any app or website can integrate to bring casual gaming for its users.

Gaurav Agarwal received their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance and Marketing from Shri Ram College of Commerce in 2012. Prior to this, they attended The Assam Valley School, Tezpur from 2004 to 2009, where they earned their ISC Commerce in Business/Commerce, General. Before that, they attended Vivekananda Kendra Vidhyalaya, Dibrugarh from 1996 to 2003. In addition, Gaurav Agarwal has obtained several certifications, including Alternative Approaches to Valuation and Investment from BNY Mellon in 2015, Two Speed IT: How Companies Can Surf the Digital Wave from The Boston Consulting Group in 2015, and Association of Mutual Funds of India from National Stock Exchange of India Limited in 2010.
