Helen Phillips is an accomplished medical affairs leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Chief Medical Affairs Officer at Gamida Cell Ltd. since November 2024, Helen has held significant roles at various companies, including Global Head of Medical Affairs at Amryt Pharma plc from December 2016 to November 2024, and Vice President of Medical for EMEA at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals from August 2012 to November 2016. Helen has also contributed as an Independent Consultant at PharmaMed and has held key positions at Hospira, Vifor Pharma, Aspreva Pharmaceuticals SA, GlaxoSmithKline, and AstraZeneca, where notable achievements included establishing Aspreva's European division and leading medical affairs for major therapy areas.
