Troy D. Hall

Troy D. Hall has extensive experience in the gaming industry. Troy D. is currently serving as the Senior Director of Slot Optimization and Strategy at Gaming Analytics since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at TDH Strategic Slot Consulting Services LLC, starting in June 2023.

From 2018 to 2023, Hall was the Director of Slot Operations at Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment. During their time there, they successfully implemented various initiatives and programs, including a service time reporting program and a Card Sign Up/Reprint incentive program, resulting in a 40% increase in the WPU (win per unit).

Before that, from 2012 to 2018, Hall served as the Director of Slot Operations at Maryland Live Casino. Troy D. played a crucial role in the pre-opening efforts, building the Slot Operations Team from scratch and overseeing the installation of nearly 4800 slot machines.

Troy D. Hall graduated from Huntington High in 1990 with a High School Diploma in Secondary Education. Troy D. also attended Southern University Shreveport from 1998 to 2001 and studied Electronics Technology.
