Kevin Pierce

Kevin Pierce is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Gaming Arts, LLC since April 2022, previously serving as Corporate Counsel at Paragon Legal and Legal.io in early 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Counsel at Switch and Associate General Counsel at Aruze Gaming from 2019 to 2021. Kevin also worked as a Commercial Attorney at Elevate Services and Staff Corporate Counsel at ECC, where Kevin began as a legal intern. Kevin holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law/Taxation from Boston University School of Law, a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
