Jorge Naupari

Jorge Naupari has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2014, they began their career as an intern at Halliburton, where they organized contracts and assisted with finance coordination. In 2015, they worked as a sales team member at AUBA China and as a freelance translator at ANCLA.

From 2015 to 2016, Jorge was a partner at World Asian Connection, a trading company in Shanghai. Jorge negotiated distribution rights for TeaFresco, an American iced tea brand, and led business development efforts.

In 2017, Jorge worked as a project manager at the South African Premium Wineries Association (SAPWA). Jorge successfully organized the Interwine Expo in Guangzhou, China, and played a significant role in increasing the South African wine market share in China.

From 2018 to 2021, they joined Mexico Business Publishing, initially as a project manager, and later promoted to senior project manager and commercial manager. Jorge reported directly to the CEO, managed key accounts, and was involved in the creation and improvement of company processes.

In 2021, Jorge held multiple roles concurrently. Jorge was the interim general manager at Escuela de Internet, the director of Commerce Mind Initiative at eCommerce Institute, and the global authority unit business development director at VTEX.

Currently, Jorge Naupari is the Head of Sales LATAM at Coretava (formerly Gamiphy), a position they have held since 2023.

Throughout their career, Jorge has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business development expertise, and a track record of successfully managing projects and key accounts.

Jorge Naupari completed their undergraduate degree in International Business from Donghua University from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued Chinese Language studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2011 to 2012. Before entering Donghua University, Jorge studied at Wake Forest University from 2009 to 2011, focusing on Chinese and Economics. Jorge also spent a year at Fudan University in 2008 for Chinese Language Studies. Jorge completed their high school education at EARJ - Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro from 2003 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Jorge obtained several certifications. Jorge completed courses in Customer Analytics, Engagement & Nurture Marketing Strategies, The Importance of Listening, and What is Social? from Coursera in 2017 and 2018.
