The Gamma Initiative is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders in nuclear energy and climate action by removing barriers that keep young people from engaging with the field and showing how nuclear power fits into a sustainable, secure energy future. We provide education through accessible resources, workshops, and events; advocacy by giving young voices a platform to challenge misconceptions about nuclear power; networking to connect students with industry professionals and organizations; and opportunities through projects, collaborations, and leadership roles that prepare high school and university students to participate in the clean energy transition. Built on the belief that nuclear is not just a technology but a movement, Gamma connects students worldwide and amplifies their voices to accelerate the role of nuclear in achieving global decarbonization and energy security, building a community of young innovators, advocates, and leaders shaping the future of clean energy.
