David B. Hoppe

David B. Hoppe is the managing partner and founder of Gamma Law, Professional Corporation, established in 2003, focusing on media and technology sectors such as video games, AI, blockchain, and esports. In addition to their role at Gamma Law, David serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center, where David B. is developing a course on Web3 legal practice. As an executive producer at Cross Media International, Inc., David aids Japanese creators and studios in navigating production and distribution opportunities in North America and Europe. David's previous experience includes serving as interim general counsel for Capcom, international counsel for Excite@Home, and senior associate roles at White & Case and Jones Day. David holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, earned in 1993.
