Our story began more than 45 years ago when our founder, Dr. Harry Ferrari, pioneered a way to create a pliable tennis string that mimicked the characteristics of natural gut tennis string. From there, GAMMA Sports, a family-run company located right across the river from Downtown Pittsburgh, was born!

Throughout the years, we’ve taken our experience in racquet sports and channeled it into the creation of our full-line of innovative pickleball and tennis equipment. At GAMMA, you can find everything you need from our highly-popular grip and overgrip, to paddles, court equipment, tennis strings and more! 

As a family-owned and operated company, we want to make you feel like you are a part of the business! Not only will you find high-caliber pickleball and tennis equipment at GAMMA, but you’ll also be able to connect with our very own team members! Our customer service representatives are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to answer every one of your needs.

These words not only serve as our slogan for pickleball and tennis, but also act as a constant source of motivation as we continue to help players like you find and nurture your love for our two sports. With less than 30 employees, we’re still making waves in technological and design advancements so we can help you unlock your athletic potential through GAMMA. It’s through this commitment that we’ve helped experienced players and beginners alike play with a purpose, enjoy the sport, and most importantly, to never stop playing!
