Jake How has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jake started their career as a Member Services representative at Forest View Racquet and Fitness Club in 2006. In 2008, they worked at Old Navy as a Sales Floor associate during the summer. Jake interned as a Materials Team Intern at Caterpillar from 2010 to 2011. Jake then interned as a Process Plants Mechanical Engineering Intern at UOP in 2011. Jake also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Grader at the University of Illinois from 2011 to 2011. In 2011, they co-founded EscaWheel, Inc and worked as a Co-Founder until 2016.
