Ramnik Singh

Ramnik Singh has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as a Summer Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Research Intern at the University of Stuttgart, where they analyzed industrial surge tanks and performed turbulent simulations. Ramnik then joined Pragyan as the Marketing Head in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Ramnik worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they developed a GPU-based model to study the effects of magnetic fields on turbulent flow in a continuous caster mold. At Schlumberger, beginning in 2013, Ramnik worked as a Mechanical Engineer and made significant contributions to the delivery of coated slickline and wireline cables, as well as the development of a new vendor for a novel spray technology. Ramnik also received two patents for their work. Most recently, Ramnik served as the Head of India Operations at Gamma Technologies, LLC from 2018 onwards.

Ramnik Singh completed their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Ramnik obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. During the same period, they also obtained a Certification in Computational Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In May 2013, Ramnik Singh received an additional certification in Computational Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
