James Hilton

James Hilton is the Head of Business Change & Transformation at Gamma. James leads the digital transformation program, manages the business change portfolio, and develops premium customer service propositions. With previous experience as the Head of Operations Development, James played a key role in transforming Gamma into a leader in business communication products & services. Prior to that, James held roles at CSS Consulting and WestLB Panmure. James holds degrees from Cambridge Judge Business School, PMI, Cranfield School of Management, Kingston University, and the University of the West of England.
