Adrienne Gardner

Adrienne Gardner has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Starting in 2009, they worked at HM Revenue & Customs as a Lean Assurance Manager and later as a Project Manager for Business Process Re-engineering and Real Time Information Programmes. In 2013, they joined the Valuation Office Agency as Head of Continuous Improvement, where they focused on developing and implementing a CI strategy and overseeing Performance Reporting. In 2019, they became the Head of Operations Employments services and skills at The Wise Group. Currently, since 2020, Adrienne holds the position of UK Head of Business Strategy & Change at Solvd.

Adrienne Gardner completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management (Leadership Practice) from The Open University from 2018 to 2022.
