Jo Shuttleworth

Jo Shuttleworth has an extensive background in customer experience and product design, currently serving as Product Design & Delivery Director at Gamma since September 2009. Previous roles at Gamma include Group CX Director, Director of CX, Head of Business Process Engineering, Head of Service Development, and Head of Customer Service. Prior to Gamma, Jo held the position of Head of Customer Process at TalkTalk from October 2006 to September 2009 and worked as Head of Technical Support and Provisioning at Onetel between April 2005 and October 2006. Jo's early career included a role as Business Readiness Manager at Centrica (British Gas Comms) from November 2003 to April 2005 and Process Manager at Centrica from 1998 to 2000. Jo's educational background includes a program at Cranfield School of Management in 2008.
