Ray Cheng

Ray Cheng is an experienced network engineering professional currently serving as a Customer Network Engineer at Gamma since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ray held various positions in network support and technical specialties, including Network Support Engineer at Vaioni Group Limited, and multiple roles at Telstra, such as Network Technical Specialist and Senior IP Shift Engineer, focusing on global IP platform services assurance. Earlier experience includes roles at AT&T, PCCW GLOBAL Limited, ESDlife Services Limited, PCCW Teleservices, Automated Systems Group Ltd, and Getronics, spanning operational support and maintenance in telecommunication networks. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications Technology from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, along with a Higher Diploma in Telecommunications and Networking, and a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.
