Kenny Lim Kah En

Kenny Lim Kah En is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience at GAMUDA, where positions include Manager of Rewards & System, Manager of Rewards, and Assistant Manager of Rewards. In the current role, Kenny leads the implementation of the new HRIS, specifically the SAP SuccessFactors transition, while overseeing rewards policies and collaborating with various internal partners to align rewards strategies with organizational goals. Previous experience also includes managing compensation and benefits programs and supporting annual increment exercises. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman.
