Jean-Baptiste Andre

Jean-Baptiste ANDRE is a seasoned professional in the insurance and construction sectors, currently serving as the Head of the Construction Claim Domain at Gan Assurances since May 2018, overseeing a team of 35, including managers and technical advisors. From September 2020 to September 2024, Jean-Baptiste was responsible for managing the Amicable Construction Claim Service, focusing on various construction-related indemnities and fraud prevention. Prior to this role, Jean-Baptiste held the position of Proximity Manager for the CRAC team. Before joining Gan Assurances, Jean-Baptiste worked as a Senior Construction Lawyer at HERVÉ SA, leading the insurance division and managing a range of construction-related insurance products. Jean-Baptiste holds a Master's degree in Public Real Estate Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, attained in 2008.
