Jakob Christoffersen

Jakob Christoffersen has extensive experience in the field of design and user experience. Jakob currently works as a Senior Product Designer at GAN Integrity since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior UX Consultant at IBM from February 2022 to April 2022. Before that, they worked at Trustpilot as a Product Designer from November 2018 to February 2022, where they led the redesign of the analytics application and improved usability through the use of design systems.

Earlier in their career, Jakob worked as a User Experience Specialist at Charlie Tango from August 2017 to November 2018. Jakob also served as a User Experience Consultant at KMD from June 2015 to August 2017, where they facilitated co-creation workshops, conducted user research, and created design artifacts. In addition, they worked as a Designer at Copenhagen Business School and CPH:DOX, where they executed visual marketing strategies and created digital platforms based on unique visual identities.

Furthermore, Jakob has experience in promotional and marketing roles, including working as a Designer for CBS Case Competition and Den Frie Udstillingsbygning. From 2013 to 2015, they attended IT-Universitetet i København and obtained a Master's degree in E-Business.

Jakob then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design & Business from 2011 to 2013 at KEA Hellerup.

Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Erhvervsakademiet København Nord and obtained an AK degree in Multimedia design.

In addition to their formal education, Jakob Christoffersen has acquired additional certifications. In March 2022, they obtained the "Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI" certification from IBM. In the same month and year, they also obtained the "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner" certification, also from IBM.
