The current leadership team at GaN Systems has a wealth of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on power management and mobile authentication. They have held positions at Episil Technologies Inc, CSMC Technologies, NEXGEN POWER SYSTEMS, ON Semiconductor, Infineon Technologies, Fairchild Semiconductor, Eaton Corporation, JDS Uniphase, Bourns, and Fultec Semiconductor. They have also been educated at some of the top institutions in the world, including 國立清華大學, Rochester Institute of Technology, Arizona State University, and U.C. Berkeley.
