Brian Chang

Brian Chang has a diverse range of work experience spanning various positions and industries. Brian is currently serving as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at GAN since November 2022, and previously held the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at the same company from September 2021 to December 2022. Prior to GAN, they worked at Alorica from 2014 to 2021, where they served as the Vice President, Accounting and Reporting from June 2016 to September 2021, and as the Director, Financial Reporting from February 2014 to June 2016. Before Alorica, they worked at Edwards Lifesciences as the Manager, Global Accounting Compliance from July 2012 to February 2014. Brian also gained valuable experience at Deloitte, starting as a Staff, Audit and Assurance from September 2005 to September 2007, then progressing to the role of Senior, Audit and Assurance from September 2007 to September 2010, and eventually becoming a Manager, Audit and Assurance from September 2010 to July 2012. Brian began their career in a private practice as a Senior Accountant from March 2002 to February 2004.

Brian Chang's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC Irvine, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Brian then pursued a Masters of Accounting degree in Accounting at the University of Southern California from 2004 to 2005.
